An MP3 Player named .....?

Hey there; requesting help

I own this MP3 player and I'd like to know how is it named.

Also I'd like to know how to update it's firmware, I've downloaded already the file for updating, it is:

FW9152 backup.FW

The reason why I want to update the firmware is that when I'm playing a file, it skips to another file when it marks around 0:36, I mean, another file is playing but I still see the name of the file it was playing first. I couldn't correct this problem not even formatting it. Help

good sir, apart from the name of your player, all other info can be VERY easily found if you check the sticky topics....
updating firmware probably won't help.
maybe you have memory hack and your files are 50% corrupt..?

I don't think so, 'cause I have the same files in my phone's micro sd and they don't show nothing weird.
