Apple-like nano 6th gen, clock

Hello guys! I want to buy one of iPod-like mp4 playes 1.8", but i cannot find anything with watch option. Is it possible to upgrade this stuff in such way I'll get clock in it?

it has a clock but not like the true nano no dispay clock
