mp4 blue screen
 

hello everyone. I have a problem:

I bought a sweex mp4 4gb player and it has been a while that i cannot see the menu screen when i turn it on. Instead i see a light blue one. When I press play, the mp3s play normally but i still cannot see anything in the screen.

the player is this one: Black Onyx MP4 Player 4 GB Sennheiser Touchbutton - MP504FM

I tried to find the firmware to re-install it in the device but i couldn't. The support page for my device only has a software for video file conversion.

Any ideas?
