Video problem (format error)

I have a Denver MPG-2018CPLL 2gb MP4 player

i converted video to vma and video start on player but then it writes format error!
:/

also is there a extraction tool for firmware?
and edit tool for firmware or is there a new firmware?

also i cant use disc format tool error message is: not detected removable disc!...
