MPEG4 UP-SIDE
 

i just\st bought a cheap mp3/mp4. I can sucessfully converted in my pc but then view in mpeg4 player can only read upside down and words is oppoisite. can some one help mee please

Hi,

What version of the convert tool are you using? Version 3.68 of the Convert Tool is known to have this problem. This has been fixed in our version if you download it from our website here.

So, uninstall your version, dowload our Convert Tool 3.68 here and install it. Then try converting and see what happens. This should fix your problem.

my version is 3.68 and my mpeg3/4 player is 1G. The converter is sucessfully converted the file. however, when it download to my mpeg3/4 player is upside down. there is no way to correct it from my mpeg4 player. can you please teach me how to fix. thanks very much.

Hi Wendy,

As mentioned before, please uninstall your version of the convert tool. Then install the version downloaded from our website.

The problem is the setup file in the 3.68 is wrong and has been corrected in the download from our website. Try that and let me know if that works or not.
