mpeg2 files conversion

HI,

actually the AMV converter works with .wmv files but gets only an error message when trying to convert mpeg2 files. I can play the mpeg2 files without problems with windows media player, so the codec should be fine...
Any Ideas ?

In the settings of your AMV Converter, try putting in the tick where it saids "Try another codec".

Try that and see if that works or not. I know I've had problems before converting some divx/xvid files to .AMV but when I put the tick in "Try another codec", it works.
