AMV files not going onto Removeable Disk

Hey Everyone. I'm just wondering if anyone can help me? I've managed to convert all my AMV files fine, however when I try and put them onto my Removeable Disc, it just comes up with this message:

"Cannot Copy *file i'm copying*: The directory or file cannot be created"

I've tried changing the output file, but only one AMV file has got onto my MP4 player. I can't understand what I'm doing wrong. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks for your help, and the AMV converter has done me a massive favour.

Re: AMV files not going onto Removeable Disk

Michaela,

Looks like it might be a disk space issue.

Some things to try:

1.
Try deleting some files and see if you can transfer those other AMV files.

2.
Check to see how BIG your .AMV files are as well.

3.
If you are still having problems after steps #1 and #2, then try formatting your player as well in case there are corruptions in the memory block.

Try those and let me know of the result.

Re: AMV files not going onto Removeable Disk

Hey there.
Thanks for replying to my question.
It turns out, even though my MP4 player is 1GB, it only stores around seven AMV files. So it was a problem with the AMV capacity, and I now know what was going wrong.
Thanks for your help.
Love Michaela x
