AMV Convert Tool ruins audio
When ever i convert a music video, the volume of the video gets ruined and sounds and gives static instead of the song. Can anyone tell me how to fix this. When i convert other videos it works fine, but music videos dont work properly.

What format are the music videos in?
What format are the other video files in that you can convert fine? It might be that you don't have the codec necessary on your computer for the AMV Convert Tool to decode it and encode it to AMV. Also try following the Knowledge Base: How to: Convert to .AMV using the MP3 Player Utilities 3.68 here. Let me know. |

Sounds like it could be copywright protection at work. Where did you get the vids?
Try right click on original file, properties, and look for copywright info. Post results. Iridium |

Hi,
Define --> Other videos I can probably assume that the particular video files you converted may not be orginally correct. Try with a greater range of video files. Also make sure u have both WMP 10 and and DX 9.b at least One more thing u cud do is see and inform us if the problem is occuring at the player level or at the conversion level. Check ur converted video using the amv player (software) and see if the problem occurs.. Don |
Re: AMV Convert Tool ruins audio
Please can you explain how to make a AMV video with at list a cd quality audio included, I mean 44Khz stereo? It seems that we have just the availability of mono 22050Khz...
With a MP4 player, it is grate to have a video added, even if the video quality is not so good, compared to a simple mp3 playe. But if you have to decrease the audio quality, I really do not know what are the benefits! |
