2GB MP3/ MP4/Movie Player/ Photo Viewer

Hello..

I just bought a 2GB MP3/ MP4/Movie Player/ Photo Viewer on ebay and I amalso "stuck" with the MTV format.
Here is the specs on mine:

# Support MP3, WMA, WAV, ASF, ACT format
# Convert WMV, MPG, MPEG I, MEG II and AVI to MTV format. (Software included)
# Covert JPEG, GIF, SWF picture files to PIC files to be viewed by MTV. (Software included)

So..am I stuck with the MTV gormat or can I format this to another one? :(

TIA

Have you received it yet?
If so, look at the conversion software included w/ it. If it says amvconvert tool, then it will play amv. Some mtv players will also play amv files. Look for website of seller, and download a manual for it.

Post a link for the same model so we can look at it.

Try putting both .MTV and .AMV files (you can download it from our site here in the Downloads --> Samples section) on your player. THen try to play it, see what happens. If it doens't play, then unfort, I won't. Some players can play BOTH, so try playing both files from all main menus ("music" and "video" menu if you have it).

Hello...
Here is a direct link to his ebay store:
http://stores.ebay.com/Discounttown

They sell just 1 GIG or 2GIG models in different
colors. Same style.

I have not "bought" it yet, just the highest bidder.
After reading posts in here, I am afraid that I need to seek else where for a better deal, etc.

Tell me what you think and I will use your advice!

Thanks

What bothers me is this:
' All sales are final
Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 3 days upon receipt. '

So you have 3 days to load it to capacity and test the last several files placed on it to see if it really is a 2gb player.

However w/ 42000 feedback, 98% positive it may be worth the risk?.........
