Unable to play video
 

Hello All,
Just wondering if anyone can help me I have a Myko UM-833 MP3/4 Player and I am unable to play any video. I am new at all this but I can't seem to even be able to select video in the Menu. Do I need a program or should I be able to download Video directly onto the player. This is starting to get frustrating. :evil:

I have almost absolutely no clue about your player, never seen it, nothing. But I have an elementary suggestion. RTFM !
