Question About MTVconverter...
 
When convert a video using the MTV converter..is it suppose to bigger than it actually file becuz i converted a file that was 698mb and then when i converted it to MTV the video became 1gb... And is it possible for a mp4 (nano like) to play both amv and Mtv?

MTV does not support video compression you may find resizing the video to your players size 128x128 or 128x96 using PocketDivxEncoder or Virtual Dub before converting may help. Both programs are in the download section under Tools.

The only way to tell if your particular player supports both amv and mtv is to convert same file with both tools, upload to player, and test.

Tadad1 is abosolutely correct: Mtv not only does not compress files, it seems to add overhead of it's own, altho 30% overhead seems excessive. I would choose amv for files where quality is secondary to number of files. In fact I don't notice a huge difference in quality between MTV and AMV but AMV allows far more file storage, so AMV would be my first choice.
