Is it possible to produce 160x120 16fps MTV file?

Hi all,

I have 1.8" 1GB MP4 Player which plays 160x120 amv file well.
After reading many threads, I found that .mtv gives better quality than .amv but much larger file size.

I just wanna keep few important videos with me, so I prefer better quality.

MTV convert tool (3.06 Utilities) just let me convert to 128x96 8fps.

So, anyway to produce mtv with higher resolution and frame rate?

I am also interested to hear if there is a possibility to make 160x120 .mtv files, just out of curiosity and comparison. Is this really the only topic that handles the matter and not a single soul who might have knowledge about this haven't answered yet? I am shocked.

If someone really knows something about it, don't conceal your information, share it with the rest of us curious ones!
