My LG FM30 Portable Digital Player Not playing Videos HELP!!

Hey i just got my Lg Fm30 Portable Digital Player and i put a couple of songs and pictures and checked them out they were fine but when i try to put videos it wont let me on the box it says formats .avi .asf .ogg are supported but it wont let me put those formats in itl always say try to use microsoft windows media player to convert it to the right format so it can play on the Lg fm30 Portable Digital Player, its a LG FM30 Portable Digital Player plays videos can put pics and songs its 1 gig HELP ???? :cry: :shock: :cry:
