sharonx87, Look in the Download>Tools section and try Version 4.00 or 3.57

What antivirus program do you have?
My antivirus program doesn't pick it up. It might be that the antivirus program is incorrectly detecting it.

If you like, you can download the other versions.

Otherwise you can disable your antivirus software if you want to install the 3.68 (which is the better of the two other versions). It's up to you I guess as to what you feel more comfortable with.

The latest 4.03 tool is also available on our site now for you to download.

I used Kaspersky AV to scan the installation program of AMV Converter 3.68 and it says contain Trojan Win32.DelAll.q, but I continued the install and now it can not be uninstalled. Just a word of caution for everyone....

You may need to disable your antivirus software to install as. Kaspersky AV might have quarantine it and might tamper with the install.

Try disabling it during installation and see what happens.

Kaspersky AV is not residence in my computer, how I found out about the Trojan is not when installing the program but when scanning the file installation program itself (AMV_Convert_368.exe) that's originated from this site.
Now I can't even uninstall the software, could you please give some solutions?

bigmike88,
On your keyboard press Win+R to open the run dialogue. Type in regedit and press OK.

In Regedit go to the following address
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\INSTALLER\PRO DUCTS\
You will see a list of folders with titles like this "271A48771F16E54438860661700EDD22" , starting with the first one click on each one, on the right of regedit you will see info on each entry, find the one for MP3 Utilities 3.68 then right click on the folder and select delete. Close regedit.
Open Explorer and manually delete the MP3 Player Utilities 3.68 folder in C:\Program Files or where ever you have it installed. Then if you want you can install one of the other versions.

thanks to tadad1, per your instruction i finally uninstalled the problematic AMVC 3.68. I removed the registry folder that you mentioned "271A48771F16E54438860661700EDD22" but it was reside somewhere else not at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\INSTALLER\PRO DUCTS\
But anyway, the problem is solved and now i'm going to install AMVC 3.57 again tadad1, you're awesome!!
