Default PTA. Has to much problems

Hello all,and sorry for my bad english.

I have a Brigmton MP4 player,in the instruction of the player says that it plays MTV. but it isn't true it just plays PTA.And this is the second PTA. player that I have from the warranty. So I have 3 things to say:

1-Why when I play PTA. the audio come 3 seconds forward the video??
I ask this because i had 2 pta.players and tried 3 PTA. converters.

2.The player is a 1.8 the displays with a 262.000 K and OLED thehnology
Can I update my firmware so it plays AMV MTV.???

3-Are there some form that the player plays MTV. o AMV. or some other converter that isn't FILM CRE????? Thanks in advance!!! Ill will answer

PTA, I do not know much about the PTA format or converters. Trying to update the firmware is very risky and depending on your hardware configuration may not work anyway.
The only thing I can suggest you try is pre-processing your video with VirtualDub or PocketDivxEncoder to resize and set frame rate before converting to PTA.
I don't know the specifications of your PC but video conversion is very CPU intense if you have a slower system it may be effecting the conversion as well.
