Insert codecs via the firmware

Good day,can I insert new codecs from firmware from this web site??
For example insert mtv. file on a AMV. player or AMV. fle on a MTV.PLayer
or one of these files on a PTA. or SMV. or DMV. player????

Seg, Some players can play both AMV and MTV although with these players AMV tends to be the best as it has good compression and the files are smaller. 45 minutes of MTV can be over 500MB while in AMV only about 100MB.
As to inserting new codecs into the firmware I doubt it is possible.
