AMV Player (all versions) plays first 3 secs over and over

No, the AMV player on my PC doesn't work and it ain't gonna, but the AMVs play fine on my ChiPod.

Unless you mean the virus? It wasn't a very harmful one anyway, as I said in the other thread. A virus that kills your PC doesn't spread itself very well.

I e-mailed update8888 and told him about the virus and he e-mailed back and said "Hello dears, thanks, maybe we can do business again sometime".

I've downloaded the firmware editing appz from here, I think mod my ChiPod when I can think of an appropriate theme to create. The manual that came with it was impenetrable Engrish, but the onscreen GUI etc. was easy to understand.

So, I think I'll mod the GUI to be Engrish as well. I could call the theme 'Darkle'.
