hey "itsme" can you be a little more specific as to what you mean by "it doesnt stop" . If the output size is larger that is because you are converting from a flash video to a proper video format whether it is avi or mpg, I suggest that you convert the flv to avi or mpg and then use the AMV converter and you will see the size will be reduced dramatically. Most videos i had were 6MB flv and after the SUPER convert the avi was 32MB the amv convert they were back to 6MB so just try it out.

Re: flv video to Amv

I used a mp4 video on youtube, nothing in particular just a sample video as an example for you.

Then to download it I went to:
http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php

and pasted the link which was "http://youtube.com/watch?v=THFag0unu5k" and downloaded the file to my desktop.

Then i launched Super (by eRightSoft) and dragged and dropped the file into the conversion software. After changing a few settings this is how you should have it all set up:

Do Note : In the picture above I have it set to mpg, yes MPG because apparently converting to avi sometimes can cause error or the video and audio to not match up, so set it up exactly as I have here.

and once you have it all setup in the bottom left hand corner click on "ENCODE (Active Job-List Files)". Once the file is done encoding close SUPER and launch AMV Tools Convert 4.00 (or whichever version suits you).

Drop the file into AMV Video Convert Tool and convert it and there you go! :) Hope that helps!

To confirm I use the AMV Player to check and see if it works and it does, see here is a screenshot:
