Window Media Center file conversion.
 

Does anyone have any info on how to convert the files created by Window Media Center when you record a TV program. Where are the files located and what type of files are they. I'm assuming they must be conveted to and MP3 format ?

What about the files downloaded from I-tunes ?

I want to watch TV on my MP3 player.

OK i've been doing some research the media center files are dvr-ms I also downloaded a file from http://thegreenbutton.com called DVRMSToolbox1099u.zip . This will supposidly convert the file to just about anything. I will test it out soon.

I got the VRMSToolbox installed an converted a TV program I recorded last night to MPEG. It playes good in media player and I will try and convert it with the MP3 player utilities.

MP3 player Util 3.57 could not convert the MPeg file. I tried a couple of other files an the Util 3.57 seems to work. I will go back and convert the file to another type and go from there.
