MyMPx.org - ( Solved ) Norton and MP3 Utilities 3.68 !!

After several months of using AMV Converter 3.68 - Norton finally disovers there is a trojan in the mp3 utilities files, and quarantined the infected files.

I cannot de-instal it via add/ remove programs - although I have now gone via explorer and deleted the whole program file. Will this do any harm leaving the actual program on my machine, or is there another way to finally get rid of the beastie ?

I have now installed MP3 Utilities 4.03 - which looks and work ok ( tried a wmv file from www.thatvideosite.com - Can anyone advise what settings are optimal for a 1.5" player - and what benefit this package has over the 3.68 version ?
