picture is bad and the sound is very weak

OK this is the problem... I convert a video file to amv, and transfer the converted file to my MP4 player. When I play the video thi picture is bad and the sound is very weak. Can anyone help me?

Laske, What file format are you converting from?
What codec pack do you have installed on your PC?
