Problem with videos
 

hi well I just buy a mp4 so I'm new is this well the guy who I buy the mp4 tell me that for watch videos I have to change the format of the video to AMV so I download the program u have here " AMV Convert Tool 4.03 - MP3 Player Utilities 4.03" well I did the change perfect but when I'm going to watch it in the mp4 appear many lines and going up and down to the scream and I can watch the video... what happen and what I can do??-- well thanx

What is your players screen size?
If your player came with a sample video copy it to your computer and play it with AMV Player.
While it is running right click on the picture and select properties. What information is given on the properties window?
