[solved] Format Error

When ever i convert to amv in 160 x 120 using 3.57 and i play it on my mp3 player it comes up with Format Error any help would be appreicated i dont particullary want to upgrade my firmware since my last attempt with my old one

crazygazza, Dropping the VFBS to medium should help.

would you recommend using VDUB to resize it and put it into a uncompressied AVI

crazygazza, I always do, if you use the medium setting also drop the frame rate to 12 to match so you eliminate skipping. I find that the final conversion to AMV has a slight audio sync problem so I also adjust that.

Here are some settings to try, they include resize, brightness and contrast, hue and saturation, deinterlacing, frame rate adjustments and audio adjustments.

You can load the file and all the settings to VDub by choosing File>Load processing settings....

The only thing I have not adjusted is the cropping if you want to remove any areas.
