Syn,
Does this happen with all your conversions or just some?
Does your converted file play on your PC ok?
What format is the original format?
Do you have a codec pack installed?

tadad1, It is most likely a codec problem then. Download and install the K-Lite Codec pack HERE. It contains practically every codec you will need for decoding and encoding most audi and video formats.
Once you have installed it reboot and then try another conversion. On the settings window in the AMV converter be sure to select the Try Other Codec option at the bottom of the window.

_Syn,
Once you have installed the codec pack try converting another video.

_Syn, Start a conversion and let it run for 10 seconds or so then stop it. Upload the resulting short AMV to www.sendspace.com and leave me a link so that I can check it out.
