Full length AMV on won't play
 

Hey all.
I'm having trouble with AMV files (aren't we all!). I can convert short (2min) clips with no problem. They play fine on my player. BUT, anything long (full movie) converts fine (I can play it on my computer) but won't play from my mp4 device.
The symptoms:

-converts fine
-plays from computer
-copy to MP4 (drive e)
-plays on computer fom E:
-disconnect player and launch file FORMAT ERROR!
-connect player and launch from computer (E)
-NO VIDEO! :shock:

What's goin' on? Thanks in advance for any input.

Here's an update:

I'm using Vdub to pre-process my files (as described in a tutorial on this forum) and saving as segmented AVI files (about 20mins each). Now, I can convert to AMV and play on my player! :D
BUT..... Vdub is not syncing the audio with the video! :evil: It's definatley a Vdub issue (not AMV convert) because the Vdub output files (before AMV convert) are out of sync. How do I fix this?
