Default I get a message when OPening Video file

Greetings Everyone:

I just recieved this MP4 Player a day ago.

When I open the AMV(Movie Menu), it states that is"Initializing" and then
gives me this message "Empty Disk"

Of course I have Video files on the MP4 Player.
The Player does not see them I believe.

I've visited the forum section of mympxplayer website where you can download the software program called"AMV Convert Tool 4.05".
But I can't download the program, because it doesn't show up on the page.

Where can I download it. can someone send me a link or the file.

The MP4 Player I have has a 1.5 inch screen, its white and 4 gigs space.

Everything works, except when I insert a video file as a MP4 format, or convert it with either AVS Video Converter, or AVS DVDToGo.

What am I doing wrong?

When I connect the MP4 to my computer via USB, in the players files should there be a folder with title Video, AMV, or what?

I noticed that after I used the Voice recorder the Player created a folder
called Record. Should this happen when I upload a video file to the player too? Should I create a AMV folder?

Firmware in this MP4 player is : 9.0.48
Other information: LSD_9101_20
Dates: 2006-10-21 and 2005-01-09

If I have to reinstall the firmware, does anyone have it, and second can anyone give step by step instructions on how to install it.

Can anyone help me!!!!!!

Regards Robert

Robert, you need to convert your video to AMV format. If you have a 1.5 screen I suggest you use MP3 Player Utilities 3.68 instead of 4.05 which is for players with 2.0+ inch screens.
You will also need to install a codec pack.
AMV Converter 3.68 HERE
K-Lite Mega Codec Pack HERE
You will find a guide to converting to AMV HERE

Greetings tadad1:

I would like to thankyou for repling to my message.

When you say that AMV Converter 3.68 is here:
http://www.mympxplayer.org/amv-conve...-mb-df327.html

I've looked at the top, Middle, or bottom of the page and I can't see where
AMV Converter 3.68 file is.

I've used AVS Video Converter to convert the video files.
The Player does not see the files.

Tadad1 can you send me the AMV Converter 3.68 File to my email:
r.crecco@videotron.ca

Thanks again in replying to my message.

Regards Robert

AVS will not convert to .amv video.
You could try the big Download button

Or try here
