Hello, I'm from Russia, so my English is not excellent.

I'v bought the mp4 player (1.5 inches iPod clone 1 gb) on eBay.com. The seller of this mp3 is psp_world (he became no registered the next day after I paid :) , but now sells again). My problem is that when I try to play AMV file the grey screen appears and player buzzes :evil: . It happened when I tried to play the file which was loaded to player by seller, it happens when I tries to play the files converted by me. I set the screen size 128x128 enable "try other codec" and nothing has changed. I use the AMV video convert tool 3.68. The seller offer to send this player to him and send me another, but I don't like such idea, also I want to find out the reason by myself. Please, help me.

Привет в секции даунлоад лежит версия 4.00, ее скачай и попробуй мож пойдет ! Еще в секции firmwares лежала где-то прошива для твоего мп3шника. А если и это не поможет , то отфарматируй мп3шник(фат32 не выбирай ПП будет, не думал что на этот сайтец русские заходят %) я сам из Украины! слушай а как ты по ebay покупал - ты сразу платил или после получения и выходит ли это дешевле?

This might help as it might be a corruption in the memory block while it's trying to play that video.

Thank for advise. I'v already formatted my player for 1 time. I loaded 950 megabytes on it and it successfully was loaded. So I think the memory is not corrupted.

:( I'v formatted my player for several times, changed setting in my converting tool (3.68 version) and nothing has changed, grey screen still apears instead of playing AMV files. May be I need to upgrade my firmware? HELP!
