my mp4 player is not working....it shows only one blue screen when i switch it on...all this happened when i tried to upgrade firmware...it had shown successfull upgrade ..and when i tried to change the firmware again..with some other firmware version...my computer too stopped detecting player..someone plzzzz help me...plzzz..my player is SONY MP4 DIGITAL PLAYER...some chineese version...so plzzzz help me

This is the only process I know of that will reset your player and put it into a recovery state. After that you will need to find the right firmware for your player if you do not have a backup.
