I have converted the videos with Virtual Dub and your settings

BUT:

The qualiti isnt as good as when i convert it only with utilies 3.57
where can i make the qualitiy better?

blubergeist, I do not recall what settings I sent you but I may have included audio and video compression in order to keep the file size down. I personally do not use any compression in VirtualDub and find I get excellent results so you could try removing any compression settings.
