Problem with SMV on teac mp-360

First of all let's say Hi to all of you
So the problem is that the soft wich came with the player makes the converted files tooooo large :cry: a 4 min clip becomes 200 mb :shock:
the i downloaded v3 of the convertor from here and the file size now is ok but the player won't play them :cry:
And even the picture in the manual look different from the soft (the picture is just like v.3 soft with medium, low, custom.... but the version that came with the player has only framerate to choose )
P.S. i also noticed that the files tha i converted with the soft that came with the player has a capital letter extension when played on the plaeyr (on pc they are small letter)
