Will AMV Converter 4.07 do anything smaller than 160x120?

I just installed AMV converter 4.07, and it appears that the smallest resolution it will do is 160x120. Is there some way to get it to do smaller resolutions, like 128x128 or 128x96?

in file AmvTransform.ini change CHIPTYPE=1 to CHIPTYPE=0
by default it's located C:\Program Files\MP3 Player Utilities 4.07\AMVConverter\AmvTransform.ini
