Default Help with video encoding

I need some help. I need the AMV encoder for the vidoes. The one that camp with my mp4 doesn't work, and the one suggested by everyone on here doesn't exist anymore. I go to download and it says file not found so any help? And any one know if there is a way to put the music in ABC order?

my mp4 player >> http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c2...kRacer/mp3.png

Thanks in advance
-TDR

Edit: I forgot to mention that I can get the vidoes to play, but only seconds then it will either go to Format Error, or it will jump to the end. I can get sound to play sometimes, but never the full video. Just like 3 second clips. So hopefully this will make the problem more clear.
