Problems with the video player on my mp4

Hello I have a Mp4 and do the AMV convert tools discharge 4.09 but when I pass the videos to the reproducer this it doesn't reproduce the sound and does he/she close the file it sews that it didn't happen me to the video files converted at 22K I believe that it is because the convertor the raisin at 88K like I can pass them to this warm of sound???

Sorry for my english i have a mp4 player but the AMV convert tools i have convert the files for 1.5" and mine is 1.8" i downloaded the AMV convert tools 4.9 but this convert sound of the videos in 88K cuality, and my mp4 not reproduce the file correct and abort the operation. When y convert the files in 1.5" and sound cuality in 22K it works very well, but mi mp4 is 1.8" and i convert the files in 1.8" in 88K of sound cuality an this is my problem i need convert the files in 1.8" but not for 88K of sound cuality y need the sound in 22K of cuality and the AMV convert tools in the versions 4.00 and up does not have this function!!! only works in 88K of sound and my Mp4 cant reproduce this sound cuality i need help for this problem WHAT I CAN MAKE?????? .

You need to set it up manually to convert 160x120 but there is a post on how to do that here:
