Video Error, cant covert vids
 

Hey i had an vid song which was mp4 and coverted it, works great. when i went to converts my other vid songs - avi or mp4 i get an error. i dont uderstand y it wont convert the video. can someone help me out.

do you have a codec pack installed?

if not then try downloading the k-lite codec pack from the download section before converting any more videos.

Yeh i do have a codec pack. the videos i wanted to convert were mp4 and avi but its keeps saying error.

please try ticking the 'Try Other Codec' option in the settings before trying to convert again.
