annoying problem when playing videos...

I've got this MP4 but with 1GB:

http://img166.imageshack.us/img166/8...1071658wr4.jpg

When I play videos after a minute or less it starts to cut on the left side of the screen and the cutted part starts to appear on the right side of the screen and while playing,it's only getting bigger and bigger, and when I stop it and then play again it's fixed but again after a few seconds it's back. My firmware is 3.5.37.
and by the way everything else is fine, music is fine, pictures are fine and everything else.
Please help me. Thanks!

Are you using the right screen size?

f1blop, What version of AMV converter are you using?

deepakrr 27th Jan 2007 8:36 pm

1.first try formatting your player
http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html

2. what amv converter are you using? please avoid using versions above 4 and use only 3.57, 3.68 or 4.

you can also try this
look at the properties of the video file you are converting, if it is 29fps, then use medium fps setting while converting it.

if it is 25fps, then use high/low fps setting while converting.

I would recommend you to tick the 'Try Other Codec' option if you have a codec pack installed. if you dont then its highly recommended you do from the download section.

Other setting i would recommend are:
1. fps according to what i told you above.
2. image quality - medium
3. focus : mode 0

hope this helps

to get mor out of your amvs you can also try this

I'm using 4.0 AMV converter.
And what will the format do to the player? Are you sure that it will help?

deepakrr 29th Jan 2007 2:20 am

format may help you by revealing the real memory of your player and also solving errors in the player.

but i think if you do my above steps (from 3rd step onwards) with amv converter 4 or 3.68 and not anything above version 4, you should be fine.
