Command line conversion

Hi All!
Is there a command line I could use to convert an mpeg 2 file to amv? I'd like to set up my computer to pull things automatically off my tivo and then convert it.

underclocker, I doubt it is possible.

I was doubting it too - it looks like there is basically one source of file conversion. I don't know who I could even contact to add it to a wish list.
