New AMV converter

i was looking around and i found a new amv converter and was wondering does anyone know whether it is safe/virus free?

It appears to be a very early version of the standard AMV Converter. Ony converts 96x64 and 128x96. I think someone has just repacked it without all the disk tool, update tool etc.
