Default help! i tried almost all format


help i cant find the ryt video format for my mp4! i tried almost everything even rockchip reader and xillsoft converter methods... my mp4 is VIMAX
and here is the information

Memory size: 256<B
Battery 3.6Lithuim
LCD sceen: OLED true battery
Size: 80x30x16mm
Sifnal noise ratio: 85dB
Music format: MP3/WMA
Video format: Windows media file,mpeg files, quick time, AVI files (BUT DOESNT WORK)

support compress: 32kpbs-512kpbs

hope you could help me and i have gave enough information i need help badly

You'll need to convert your videos to the AMV format. You can find various encoders in the download section.

rated13x , does your player come with a sample video file? If it does, could you upload it to savefile.com and i'll try to identify the settings.

sorry i have deleted the sample vid long tym ago.. what is 1.6 PC SOFTWARE and PLCMAKE? it says in the manual i need those i think

You could go to the download section here and try the different sample videos that are available. Get the ones that are for your screen size. After finding one that works, you can then encode using that resolution, frame rate, etc.
