Default Bad color


Converted video plays fine on pc, but on my Mp4 Chinese player have bad colors (sky is blue on original video, but on Mp4 is orange). Why ?

evangelion , your player should come with a sample video. Does the sample video show the same colour problems?

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

evangelion , does the sample video have any blue colour that displays as orange? Try copying the sample video to your computer and play using your computer, then compare if both colours are the same.

Hallo all this is my first post

I have the same problem with one of my players nano look alike 1.5 " display.

This player had no samples on i loaded a sample on that i copied from my other player.The colour was fine on the one player but this one the blue is also red or orange and the green yellow and so on can someone help pleaseee!! :cry:

Punisher , if this is the case, likely it would be a hardware problem, which is very difficult to fix.

What i'll suggest is to contact your seller for a replacement player.

No reply from seller big surprise hu?
Left a negative rating quickly got one back negative offcourse,

The photo colour and movie colour is off,do you guys think it is the lcd display or a firmware problem is there no way of setting the hue on the player?

I bought the player to sell in SA but now i am stuck with it

If all fails try downloading a video editor or use one such as windows movie maker, drag your video to the main window and find the negative color option this will make your original video negative also and will bypass the opposite color problem of your player and the colors will appear as the original. two negatives equals a positive Is this understandable post back to see if it worked.
