how can i convert videos to for my playeer?

i have an mp4 player rockchip and it has 2" screen.i bought it today.but i cant load video clip in it.because i havent converter.where can i find it?

On that page, there is a link to "AVI Converter for Rockchip players".

Try downloading that, install it then use it to convert your video files. You should then copy it onto your player and it should play.
