how can i know which video format my player could play?
 
the title is the thing. i can't find any format that could fit in.
i tried mtv, amv, wmv, avi, mp4...
but, when i tried the avi it says format error..
in the others it won't even try to play.
my firmware is 00.000.00

can i upgrade it? or isn't it the problam..
plase help!.

Did it come with any SAMPLE video files when you got your player?

Do you have a URL link to the player you bought?

Firmware version of 00.000.00 is generally not an Actions chip, so the .AMV and .MTV files are out.

I would say it's a Rockchip player given the firmware version. You might want to try the Rockchip video converter which is available in our Downloads area. It converts to .avi, but the AVI video file is specific for the player, you can't use any ol' .AVI file - such as DivX and Xvid avi files.

this is the player :

rockchip player

it is a rockchip.

it did cam with a video sample, avi format.
when i format the player it took the sample to the trash(ooopss.. :evil: )

how can i know which video settings will fit?
and if someone do got this player, and he manage to load it with videos that work, ill' be glad if he can put here some sapmles.
