sai_arun12 , you'll need to format your player as likely it might be a memory hack causing the problems. Be prepared for a drop in memory capacity.
The guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

sai_arun12 , it depends on what the actual chip is installed. Some are 128MB, 256MB, or 512MB. There is no way to recover the "1GB" if the actual chip is only 128, 256, or 512MB.

sai_arun12.

No. 'Upgrading firmware' will not solve your problem. If you do you will have even more problems... like a dead player.

It's quite obvious that files are corrupting on it so.. format it according to the instructions here > http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html

Note that formatting will not remove or destroy it's operating system (firmware) as it is stored on a chip separate to the storage space.
