hi all i am new here i have been trying to let my mp4 play video clips and movies for about 2 months :cry: i have tryed asf format wmva format avi format and nothing is working either it gives me a bad pic with no sound for just a secor two or it dosint give me any thing my mp4 player is iko mp4 digetal player with digital camera like this in this site http://www.chinavasion.com/product_i...el-sdmmc-card/ please help me and thankx in advance :)

zaen73 , do you still have the original sample video that came with the player?

stuped me no no no i dont know why i deleted it but i did
but the format of it was windows media player video audio avi couse when i i make a clip in the players video it is (Windows Media Audio/Video file) i have with it a program called pmp transcoding tool but i didnt know how to use it i tryed but the player didnt play it so please help

zaen73 , what screen size is your player?

It is difficult to say which codec would work with your player. i'll suggest that you encode a few different types of .avi videos, like xvid, etc. Then test which of these codecs works properly on your player.

sweet player! sucks you can't play vids. it says you have to convert mp4 to asf.
i'm pretty sure that converting mpeg-4 to asf will work!
