Default I want 12 fps, not 10 or 16

Ok, just got an mp4 player with 2" screen. Using AMV converter 4.09.

If I convert videos to 208x144, they come out 12 fps, plays smoothly but doesn't fill the screen entirely. If I increase the res to 208x176(low), it fills the screen better, but it's only 10 fps, and plays jerky. If I use 208x176(high), it fills the screen but it's 16 fps, and I get the 'format error'. So, ideally, I'd like to be able to convert to 208x176 at 12 fps, this should fill the screen and play smoothly.

Is there a way to convert to 208x176 at 12 fps?

Also, are there any other movie-to-AMV conversion programs besides this program?

Thanks so much,

davenetman
