1.5 inch AMV Problems Please help

iam having 1.5 inch mp3 player with videos in amv i cant add any new videos after convertingit says format error every time. pleaze tell me the required settings in amv convert tool 3.68
i have a few videos loaded which work fine (came loaded with the player)

Use 128x96 or 128x128
What type of video files are you trying to convert?
