Modified AVIconverter for Rockchip, optimised for PAL

I posted this earlier on the general discussion board. Being a new member I had not yet discovered that anyone interested would probably be looking here, so sorry if this is your second dose! To cut a long story short, I've modified the ini file for AVIConverter to get better PAL conversions for the Rockchip player. It seemed a shame to put all that effort in and keep it to myself, so you can now find it in the downloads section "RockchipPal". You can find AVIConverter there as well. Videos converted from PAL originals now run beautifully on my player. Of course, I can't say it will work for all Rockchip players, but probably worth a go. More details in the "readme" in the zip file.

Someone has pointed out that the source and destination files in my ini file were h: (just left that way on my PC) and causing an error. As suggested, I have changed these to c: and uploaded the file again. I'm not sure how the system/administrators handle second uploads of the file. Sorry if this has caused difficulties. So far, feedback has been positive.

As for the synchronisation problem mentioned above, I have had one or two ASF files with this problem. There are fixes available for mencoder, but it's fiddly. If it's just one file, you might try using another program to convert it to a different format first and then usng AVIConverter just to get it into the appropriate "mp4" format.

It seems I should have made it "c:\" and not "c:", which is still causing an error. A fixed version is on the way, which will also allow two pass conversions for improved quality (without increasing file size). I'll upload it in the next couple of days. In the meantime, just use notepad to insert the backslashes (near end of file).
