"FORMAT ERROR" whe3n playing video

HI,

Please Someone Try to UNderstand My Problem



MY PROBLEM is:

I GOt MP4 From EBAY

Its BLACK COLOUR

& When I Play Video It SHow me "FORMAT ERROR"

I HAVE 2 MP4

But Another 1 is RIGHT
& It ALSO PLAY VIDEO

BUt THE SAME(tht work on another MP4) VIDEO DOESNT PLAY ON BLACK MP4



I ALSO HAVE A SAME PROBLEM WITH IT AUDIO
MP3,WMA

SOME OF FILES PLAY FINE
& SOME FILES

GIVE FORMAT ERROR MESSAGE

fariha , i'll suggest that you format the player first. The guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html

Back up your video and music files first, then do the format on both players. Later on try adding the files back and see if the problem still occurs.
