which is beter amv or 3gp?

although amv is not the best video format in the world..but 3gp is worst...3gp is more choppy and has low resolution..3gp can be drastically low file size but the qualtiy is compromized..unlike the amv format...the video quality is better....i suggest if you will watch videos on pc...try avi FORMATS OR MPEG FORMATS...MUCH BETTER ^^

but what i can see is dat 3gp format on handphone is better. like the sony ericsson phones. n amv has a lot of background shhhh sound.
