convert to avi ....help me!

i have mp3 rockchip.

video input: wmv or other...
Video output requires:****.avi
Video: Xvid MPEG4, 160x128, 15Fps ,309

Audio: Mpeg1/2L1, stereo, 44,1khz, 96kz

u use avi 4 ur mp3? just download converter at www.brothesoft.com. theres a lot there.=)
