I bought a rockchip player but i can´t see videos

Hi!

I recently bougth a rockchip player which came whit the aviconverter 3.0, i tried to convert some video with the included software but i can´t and what is more, i can´t see my avi videos in the player. Every time I put and .avi file on the player it shows up in the video list but when I try to play it, it says "file format error"
My player has a 2,4" screen and the videos must be 320x240.
The only video y can saw, it a was one which came with the player and this are the especification:

I have a friend who can use the same version of avi converter in his pc and he can transfor the video, but i can not in my pc, i need something in my pc to run the aviconverter??

I tryed the sample, the first works, but i see a lot colours with out form and the player can´t go on, and the second don´t work, apear again the famous "format error"

I FOUND THE KEY!!!!!!!!!!

To see videos in my player i have to use the "aviconverter" but, i don´t why, this program doesn´t work in my pc. But if i put the file i want to transfor in the aviconverter´s directory, the program works, i don´t no why, but works.
I can see videos, thanks a lot, i´m very happy.
